Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ping Federate and will work in a hybrid model. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the security and integrity of our systems. The position is a day shift role with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage security measures to protect our organizations systems and data.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are followed.
  • Provide guidance and support for security-related projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update security documentation and records.
  • Stay current with the latest security trends threats and technologies.
  • Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
  • Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Utilize Ping Federate to manage and secure identity and access management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and incidents.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Have hands-on experience with Ping Federate.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.
  • Have a solid understanding of security standards and regulations.
  • Display the ability to develop and enforce security policies.
  • Be adept at staying current with the latest security trends and technologies.
  • Possess experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing security incidents.
  • Show capability in providing security training and awareness programs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining security documentation.
  • Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) preferred.
