Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Functional Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with extensive experience in Workday HCM, including People Experience, Data Storage ,WinSCP/Cyberduck ,WD, HCM Custom Objects, WD HCM Dashboards & Worklets Workday Cloud HCM Tenant & Tool WD HCM Fun Tenant Setup Workday (HCM) Compensation Workday Cloud HCM Cust Central Workday Cloud HCM Security WD HCM Business Process Workday Reporting & Analytics and Advanced Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise the configuration and customization of Workday HCM modules including People Experience Custom Objects Dashboards & Worklets.
- Guide in Data Storage using WinSCP/Cyberduck to ensure secure and efficient data management.
- Develop and maintain Workday HCM Tenant & Tool setups to support business processes and workflows.
- Implement and manage Workday (HCM) Compensation modules to streamline compensation processes.
- Ensure the security and integrity of Workday Cloud HCM environments through effective security configurations.
- Design and optimize WD HCM Business Processes to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
- Use Workday Reporting & Analytics to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Apply advanced Excel skills to analyze and present data in a meaningful way.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM solutions with other systems.
- Deliver training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of Workday HCM solutions.
- Monitor and solve issues related to Workday HCM implementations and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday HCM features and standard processes to continuously improve solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementations and configurations.
- Demonstrate expertise in Workday People Experience Data Storage WinSCP/Cyberduck WD HCM Custom Objects and Dashboards & Worklets.
- Solid understanding of Workday Cloud HCM Tenant & Tool WD HCM Fun Tenant Setup and Workday (HCM) Compensation.
- Proficiency in Workday Cloud HCM Cust Central Workday Cloud HCM Security and WD HCM Business Process.
- Exhibit advanced skills in Workday Reporting & Analytics and Excel.
