Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivery Management and domain expertise in Supply Chain Management Multi Channel and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team to ensure efficient delivery management and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of supply chain management processes.
  • Manage multi-channel operations to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for finance and accounting functions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives to enhance profitability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivery management and supply chain management.
  • Have strong knowledge of multi-channel operations and finance & accounting.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
