Responsibilities
Setting up and maintaining OneTrust modules like risk assessments policy management vendor risk management data privacy and incident response to align with company needs and regulatory requirements.
User access control Managing user roles and permissions within OneTrust ensuring appropriate access levels for different departments and teams.
Data management Importing exporting and maintaining data integrity within the OneTrust platform including data related to assessments controls and compliance issues.
Workflow design Creating and customizing workflows for various compliance processes such as risk remediation audit follow-up and policy approvals.
Reporting and analytics Generating reports on compliance status risk profiles and key performance indicators (KPIs) from OneTrust data
Regulatory updates Staying informed about new regulations and updating OneTrust configurations to reflect changes
Serve as the primary administrator for the OneTrust platform including modules such as Privacy Data Mapping Vendor Risk Management Incident Management and others as applicable.
Configure and maintain the OneTrust environment to align with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
Manage system updates releases and integrations with other enterprise tools.
Privacy and Compliance Support
Collaborate with privacy compliance and IT teams to ensure OneTrust supports ongoing compliance with regulations such as GDPR CCPA HIPAA and others.
Assist in creating and maintaining data inventories data flow maps and records of processing activities (RoPA).
Support privacy impact assessments (PIAs) data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and vendor risk assessments.
User Support and Training Provide end-user support including troubleshooting issue resolution and ticket management.
Develop and deliver training materials workshops and resources for staff using the OneTrust platform.
Data and Reporting Monitor platform performance and provide regular reports on privacy compliance metrics risk assessments and incident response metrics.
Generate dashboards and custom reports to meet stakeholder needs.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements using OneTrust capabilities.
Stay updated on new OneTrust features and industry developments to recommend enhancements or optimizations
