Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Basic Automation Knowledge API Testing Jira Confluence Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Mainframe Testing Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Order Management within the Retail domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
  • Provide expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting to track and communicate testing progress.
  • Utilize SNOW for managing incidents and changes related to testing activities.
  • Implement and maintain Testing Tools and Frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Conduct Manual E2E BPA to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Use Rally for agile project management and tracking testing tasks.
  • Manage test cases and defects using HP ALM.
  • Perform Mainframe Testing to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking and managing testing tasks and defects.
  • Apply Basic Programming skills to automate repetitive testing tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and issues.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting.
  • Have hands-on experience with SNOW for incident and change management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various Testing Tools and Frameworks.
  • Have experience in Manual E2E BPA for thorough testing coverage.
  • Be skilled in using Rally for agile project management.
  • Have extensive experience with HP ALM for test management.
  • Be proficient in Mainframe Testing.
  • Have experience using Jira for task and defect management.
  • Possess Basic Programming skills for test automation.
  • Have a solid understanding of Order Management in the Retail domain.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.

    • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Agile Tester Certification HP ALM Certification
