Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Linux and C++ and preferably domain experience in Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure project success.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Utilize technical expertise in Linux and C++ to troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide clear direction to team members.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to enhance project performance.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Cards & Payments to enhance project outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Linux and C++.
  • Demonstrate excellent project coordination and communication skills.
  • Have domain experience in Cards & Payments (nice to have).
  • Exhibit the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Show proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to facilitate effective team communication.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
