Banking & Financial Services Consulting
Cognizant’s Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting team is seeking talented consultants with business analysis and digital change delivery experience to work with our ecosystem of clients, alliances, start-ups, and design agencies to deliver the next generation of banking products and experiences. This role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high energy and entrepreneurial team working with leading Benelux based clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience of Business Analysis/ Consultant roles in Corporate Lending (Commercial Lending) and affiliated domains within Wholesale Banking; helping them to achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goals
- Having thorough understanding of how to manage data value chains that run cross domains and fuel both reporting, analytics and operational processes.
- Experience with data analysis using SQL and data modeling.
- Been responsible for eliciting and organising requirements, translating and simplifying business requirements to functional requirements, driving the design of the solutions.
- Successfully shown to work alongside BusDevOps teams, engage with Product Managers/owners and management.
- Working in agile environments

- Open-minded and pragmatic, with ability to guide teams to build customized tools/ templates for the engagements
- Flexible and enthusiastic about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to different, challenging environments
Contribution to Development of Practice:
- Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development
- Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry ‘points of view’ or ‘white papers’, podcasts, blogs, video interviews etc
Industry Experience:
Direct experience of working in wholesale banking Industry through a bank, fintech or building society or industry aligned consulting, agency or software vendor experience for around 4/5 years.
