Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Networks domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The Consulting Analyst will be responsible for providing expert analysis and insights to drive business decisions and improve network operations.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of network operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance network performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to network performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations on network performance metrics and improvement plans.
  • Monitor network trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Assist in the development of network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support the implementation of new network technologies and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to team members on network-related topics.
  • Ensure all network documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their network needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

  • Possess a strong background in network analysis and optimization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in network performance metrics and reporting.
  • Have experience with network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing network strategies.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be familiar with industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Have a proven track record of working effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
