Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Networks for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management and optimization and will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of network solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the optimization and maintenance of network infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Provide expert guidance on network security best practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies that align with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on network performance and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all network operations.
  • Support the development of network-related policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Engage with clients to understand their network needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of network services and support processes.
