Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Frclsr Claim File&srv (Mortgage Loan) and Bankruptcy (Mortgage Loan). This is a work-from-office position with a night shift schedule.
Responsibilities
Process Executive is expected to meet or exceed the set agreed target both during the training period and in the period following training.
Nice to have experience in Investor accounting customer service within the mortgage domain
The productivity targets will be revised based on the tenure and any such changes will be made known to the associate.
Process associate is expected to be open and receptive to feedback and should view the feedback mechanism as a tool for constant self-improvement and process development.
Graduate in any discipline
0-1 year of Experience in BPO Transaction/ Data Processing background.
Typing speed of 20 - 30 words/min with 98 percent accuracy.
Good analytical skills research knowledge and decision making.
Knowledge of MS-office (Excel)
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to work in shifts or Night Shift
Basic knowledge of Mortgage industry.
Willing to work 6 days a week.
Certifications Required
Certification in MS Excel or Data Analysis is preferred.
