Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM support engineering AEM system engineering AEM Frontend AEM Backend and AEM Authoring. Additionally the candidate should possess domain skills in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of AEM applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Oversee the implementation of AEM Frontend and Backend solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Provide support for AEM systems ensuring system stability and resolving any technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM solutions with other IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain AEM authoring templates and components to enhance content management capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices in all AEM-related projects.
  • Manage user access and identity management processes to maintain secure and efficient access to AEM systems.
  • Provide IT business support to stakeholders addressing any technical concerns and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain the health of AEM applications.
  • Implement and maintain documentation for AEM systems and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends to continuously improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks in AEM systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in AEM support engineering system engineering Frontend Backend and Authoring.
  • Have a solid understanding of User Access & Identity Management processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrate experience in providing IT business support and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Exhibit knowledge of IT security standards and practices to ensure secure AEM implementations.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining AEM authoring templates and components.
  • Have excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve system issues promptly.
