Revenue Cycle Management Manager (Denials)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Aggregate analyze and interpret data related to denials and accounts receivable to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement in the revenue cycle process
Analyze denials adjustment reports and other revenue cycle data to identify patterns and areas for improvement with actionable solutions
Create data visualization presentations outlining denial and account receivable opportunities from client data with key insights on areas for improvement
Act as a subject matter expert in payor reimbursements medical policies and denial prevention strategies
Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to recommend strategies that increase revenue and improve patient outcomes
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a revenue cycle analyst is required
Advanced Excel including pivots formulas splicing etcwith large datasets
Understanding of the revenue cycle process including billing and denials management
Ability to communicate effectively with various teams
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate analysis to identify root causes of denials and propose effective solutions
Continuous learning and ability to adapt to changing regulations policies and industry trends
Knowledge of SQL a plus
Familiarity with data visualization tools enables to create visually compelling denials data
Knowledge of ICD10 CPT codes HCFA 1500 UB04 RARCCARC
Ability to work independently meet timelines and share ideas on how to improve or better represent client data
