Job summary

We are seeking a motivated Trainee with 0 to 1 year of experience in Regulatory Business Analysis and Business Analysis & Planning. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and should be a native Cantonese speaker with proficiency in English. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of business analysis and planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
  • Participate in the preparation of regulatory reports and documentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Assist in the creation of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Support the development of training materials and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
  • Show proficiency in regulatory business analysis and business planning techniques.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification preferred.
