Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASPEN IP.21 Historian Aspentech MES and Aspen. Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for projects involving ASPEN IP.21 Historian Aspentech MES and Aspen.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Ensure that all testing activities comply with established quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.
  • Monitor and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in requirement reviews to provide input on testability.
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience with ASPEN IP.21 Historian Aspentech MES and Aspen.
  • Demonstrate expertise in creating and executing comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Exhibit proficiency in automated testing tools and techniques.
  • Have a solid understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Show experience in performance testing and defect management.
  • Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement processes in testing.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
  • Capable of working in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule.
  • No travel required for this role.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Certified Tester
