Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced program management professional with 12 to 18 years of experience to join our team of Technology Transformation Office (TTO). The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management and business process optimization with strong knowledge in Finance domain. This role will primarily work from home with global teams and have no travel requirement. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing finance transformation programs.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of transformational programs to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Manage program resources effectively to optimize productivity and achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define and manage project scope to ensure all project objectives are achieved within the set parameters.
  • Utilize Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools (Clarizen) to track and manage the program.
  • Develop accurate project estimates to ensure proper allocation of resources and budgeting.
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage resources and cost to keep projects within budget and maximize profitability.
  • Create detailed project plans to guide the execution and delivery of projects.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets efficiently as required. Qualifications
  • Possess strong skills in project and program management to maintain high quality and standards.
  • Should have experience in business process management and transformation projects

  • Must have experience in project stakeholder management to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Show proficiency in project scope management to achieve project objectives.
  • Must be able to communicate and manage multiple stakeholders globally.
  • Must be able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Should have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to utilize PPM tools (Clarizen) effectively to manage.
  • Nice to have finance domain knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently while closely collaborating virtually with global teams in a work-from-home environment is crucial.

  • Certifications Required

  • Proficiency in MS tools Project management tool such as Clarizen/Planview Business process management tool such as OrbusInfinity
  • Optional certifications are a plus
