Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in VDI - Citrix VAD and VDI - Citrix Cloud. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on maintaining and updating virtual desktop infrastructure. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of VDI solutions using Citrix VAD and Citrix Cloud
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the virtual desktop infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VDI-related issues
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the VDI environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize VDI performance and user experience
  • Develop and maintain documentation for VDI configurations processes and procedures
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or patches
  • Assist in the planning and execution of VDI-related projects and initiatives
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of the VDI environment to ensure optimal performance
  • Train and mentor junior team members on VDI technologies and best practices
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their VDI needs and requirements
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in VDI technologies
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the VDI infrastructure

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in VDI
  • Citrix VAD and VDI
  • Citrix Cloud
  • Have experience in updating customer master and maintaining open invoices
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends
  • Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
