Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Pega Robotics Automation and PEGA. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Claims and be comfortable working in a hybrid model. This role involves developing and implementing advanced automation solutions to enhance our claims processing capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced automation solutions using Pega Robotics and PEGA to streamline claims processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient automation workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise in Pega Robotics and Automation to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure that all automation solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the integration of automation solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of Pega Robotics and Automation tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pega Robotics and Automation technologies.
  • Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Pega Robotics Automation and PEGA.
  • Must have domain expertise in Claims.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
