Job Summary

We are seeking an instructional designer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Articulate User Adoption Storyboarding Skill Gap Analysis Learning Content Development Curriculum Design Learner Persona Profiling Training Needs Analysis and Instructional Designing. This role requires excellent English language skills and a passion for creating impactful learning solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality learning content that aligns with organizational goals and learner needs.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging storyboards and instructional materials using Articulate and other relevant tools.
  • Provide expertise in user adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of learning solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive skill gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and tailor content accordingly.
  • Develop and design curriculum that addresses the specific needs of diverse learner personas.
  • Profile learners to create personalized learning experiences that enhance engagement and retention.
  • Perform thorough training needs analysis to determine the most effective instructional approaches.
  • Design and implement instructional strategies that facilitate effective learning and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize user experience and prototyping skills to create intuitive and user-friendly learning interfaces.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content development processes and standards.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in Articulate User Adoption Storyboarding Skill Gap Analysis Learning Content Development Curriculum Design Learner Persona Profiling Training Needs Analysis and Instructional Designing.
  • Nice to have domain skills in User Experience and Prototyping.
  • Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to work from the office during day shifts.
  • Must have a passion for creating impactful learning solutions.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Must be adaptable and open to feedback and change.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent certification preferred.
