Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hi-Tech domain and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI solutions to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
  • Provide expert-level support for Switching & Routing Cisco technologies ensuring seamless network operations.
  • Lead the design and deployment of Software Defined Networks enhancing network flexibility and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations processes and procedures.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
  • Implement security measures to protect network integrity and data confidentiality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and advanced networking concepts.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of network-related issues.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in all network operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with CiscoCatalystCenter-Wired&WIFI solutions.
  • Should possess in-depth knowledge of Switching & Routing Cisco technologies.
  • Must be proficient in designing and deploying Software Defined Networks.
  • Should have a strong background in the Hi-Tech domain.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have experience in documenting network configurations and procedures.
  • Must be able to train and mentor junior team members effectively.
  • Should have a strong understanding of network security principles.
  • Must be committed to ensuring high network availability and performance.
