ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

As Certified Technical Architect, you are responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, proposing solutions to achieve complex business objectives, provides guidance on, assists in establishing, and participates in technical governance processes, collaborates on the design and implementation of a platform operating model that improves likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption.


Responsibilities
• Design elegant and simple solutions that make the world of work better for your stakeholders
• Mastering the art of presenting technical architecture solutions to project teams
• Lead and guide a team of junior staff members
• Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions
• Review project documents for quality assurance
• Interact and consult with clients
• Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish
• Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients
• Collaborates with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to set technical direction for the delivery of solutions
• Provides input to the design of ServiceNow as a recognized Architect or Design Authority
• Supports implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions
• Provides input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events
• Brings thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients
• Create technology related artifacts that our service delivery team utilize as a client deliverable Establishes and enforces systems design and architectural standards, establishes maintains best practices and drive the principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle
• Supports pre-sales activities including scoping, compilation of estimates and generation of statement of work documents


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or another related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
• 7+ completed full implementations
• 5+ years of multiple platform configuration
• 3+ years of senior technical experience
• In-depth understanding of technical or platform governance processes
• Deeper knowledge of how to integrate and orchestrate multiple systems and platforms
• Strong ability to solve complex business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities
• Master the ability of presenting technical architecture solutions to project teams
• Key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
• ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.
• Recent experience with platform components such as flow designer, NOW Experience, Service Portal, ATF, and Integration Hub
• Ability to identify and resolve client’s needs and anticipate future problems
• Ability to lead, guide, and govern, effectively
• Ability to effectively translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms
• Strong English communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational)
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation
• Certified in ITIL Foundation (preferred)
