Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Executive for our B&L team with 7 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment during day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of process tasks with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide expert-level support in MS Excel to analyze and interpret data.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects.
  • Monitor process performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments to enhance process outcomes.
  • Support the training and development of junior team members.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving performance targets.

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments to provide domain-specific insights.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
