Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Embedded C MATLAB and C++. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for the automotive industry. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using Embedded C MATLAB and C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Ensure software solutions meet performance scalability and reliability requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software functionality.
  • Optimize software performance and memory usage.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Embedded C MATLAB and C++.
  • Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Nice to have experience in the automotive industry.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to adapt to a hybrid work model.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Should have experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Must be familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile.
  • Should have a strong understanding of software development best practices.
