Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Engineering Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in POS .NET AWS NoSQL Shell scripting. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product development and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the product engineering team to design develop and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of software products.
  • Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process.
  • Utilize .NET AWS NoSQL and Shell scripting to develop and maintain software applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of POS systems with other software components.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage product backlogs.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and product engineering.
  • Demonstrate expertise in .NET AWS NoSQL Shell scripting and POS Basics.
  • Have a strong understanding of applying cash to invoices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
  • Have experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Display strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Certified AWS Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer NoSQL Database Certification
