Enablon
Experience:
· Experienced Enablon candidate (Bachelor's or Master's) with 5-8 years of experience.
· Expertise in Enablon to provide support and enhancement to EHS Management Information Systems software solutions as required to meet the overall business objectives of clients.
· Experience configuring Enablon Shared Functions, including Organizational Axes (e.g., First Axis, etc.); Users and Company Directory; Shared Resources (e.g., Locations); and Platform settings.
· Experience with common Enablon modules such as Incident Management, Audit/Inspections Management, Metrics, Action Plans, Regulatory Compliance Management, Air Quality, Risk Management, and Industrial Hygiene and Safety.
· Configuring enhancement changes—creating pages, fields, and sections.
· Creating workflows, rules, and page properties.
· Creating technical specification documents for the enhancements.
· Experience with Report Factory, Form Factory, Approval Process Factory, and Rule Factory.
· In-depth understanding of related technologies, such as cloud computing, security, and databases.
· Understanding client requirements and mapping them to the Enablon product suite.
· Good to have experience using Enablon NABSIC in expressions and functions.
· Good to have activities include configuring components within the solution and analyzing/migrating data.
Responsibility:
- Testing configurations to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with client requirements.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to maximize the value of Enablon for clients.
- Conducting training sessions for end-users on how to use configured features effectively.
- Guiding the team to work efficiently, independently, and on schedule, while maintaining high quality and a highly positive team energy and spirit.
- Collaborating closely with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure effective communication regarding day-to-day work.
- Providing technical guidance and support to clients during the enhancement process.
