Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our B&L team with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Finance & Accounting Billing & Revenue Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations related to billing and revenue management processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports using MS Excel.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to billing and revenue management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all financial operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Finance & Accounting Billing & Revenue Management is nice to have.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Display strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Work well in a hybrid work model.
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high accuracy.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
