The CD team works across the entire value chain of M&A including sourcing, execution, and value capture and integration. We work in tandem with our Business Unit partners and corporate functions within Cognizant to realize our inorganic goals around growth and differentiation.

Over the past 6 years we have completed over 30 acquisitions globally deploying approximately $7 billion of capital and we have committed to making further acquisitions that strengthen our position across strategically important markets, industries and service offerings.

CD is strengthening its global presence by establishing an India based team with focus on strategic commercial due diligence (SDD), value capture (VC) and post-merger integration (PMI) capabilities.
