Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 16 to 20 years of experience in F&O - Project Management Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management. The ideal candidate will oversee complex projects ensuring they align with company goals and deliver significant value. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on driving successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful completion
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and address any issues promptly
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including plans reports and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and project outcomes
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project efficiency
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in F&O
  • Project Management Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management
  • Should possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Should be proficient in using project management tools and software
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Should be adept at risk management and problem-solving
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Should have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Must be committed to delivering high-quality project outcomes
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges
  • Must be dedicated to continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP Certification PRINCE2 Certification or equivalent project management certification.
