Product Consultant (Hybrid)

Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Product Consultant with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.
Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Networx Facets Pricer solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the configuration and management of Facets Claims to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Provide expert guidance on Facets Benefit Configuration to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing business requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to product offerings.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on product functionalities.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client presentations and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Networx, Facets Pricer, Facets Claims, and Facets Benefit Configuration.
- Strong understanding of the Payer domain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a hybrid work model.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
- Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.

- Certified Facets Professional
- Certified Health Insurance Specialist
