Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk ITSI Splunk and Splunk Admin. A background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Splunk ITSI Splunk and Splunk Admin environments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Splunk-related issues to maintain system health.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Splunk configurations and usage to enhance system performance.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Splunk solutions with other IT systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Splunk configurations processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Splunk technologies and best practices.
  • Lead efforts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency using Splunk.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new Splunk-based solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored Splunk solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and availability by implementing robust backup and recovery processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Splunk features and industry trends to continuously improve our IT infrastructure.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in managing and optimizing Splunk ITSI Splunk and Splunk Admin environments.
  • Have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and its integration with Splunk solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical support role.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing best practices for Splunk configurations.
  • Exhibit the ability to monitor system performance and generate insightful reports.
  • Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for system integration.
  • Display knowledge of conducting system audits and ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Be capable of creating and maintaining detailed documentation for technical processes.
  • Possess the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively.
  • Demonstrate leadership in automating tasks and improving operational efficiency.
  • Show experience in designing and implementing new Splunk-based solutions.
  • Have strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders.
