Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Tech Project Manager with 8 to 11 years of experience in Data & Analytics Business and expertise in handling brand websites. The ideal candidate will supervise project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and drive successful outcomes. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to lead day-to-day project activities effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning sessions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Be responsible for all aspects of project management including scope, schedule, and prioritization.
  • Provide clear direction and support to project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure successful completion.
  • Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and define project results.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Handle project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to keep all team members informed and aligned.
  • Apply data and analytics to supervise project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure brand website projects meet quality standards and align with company branding guidelines.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and successes to senior management and collaborators.
  • Feed a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success.
  • Implement standard processes and methodologies to improve project management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 8 to 11 years of experience in project management within the Data & Analytics Business.
  • Should have a strong background in leading brand website projects.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have experience in hybrid work models and leading remote teams.
  • Must be proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Should have a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Should be able to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be meticulous and able to work under pressure.
  • Should have a proven understanding of data analytics and its application in project management.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Must be committed to continuous improvement and professional development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 3, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $88,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
