Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and MS PowerPoint. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
  • Provide clear direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
  • Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and post-mortems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Utilize MS Office and MS PowerPoint to create and present project reports and presentations.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Display a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Have experience in a hybrid work model with the ability to adapt to both remote and on-site work environments.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically under pressure.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required.
