Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques making adjustments as necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in project management practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
