We are currently looking for a Senior Compensations Analyst to join our growing team.
What you´ll do
As a Compensations Analyst, you will design, implement, and manage compensation programs to attract and retain top talent. You will conduct market research, analyze data, and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain competitive and fair compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation for LATAM. Experience in other countries is valuable.
- Engage effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Manage merit and bonus cycles at a regional level.
- Conduct salary surveys, answer surveys, and model new salary ranges.
- Benchmark and structure salary proposals for RFPs and RFIs.
- Handle collective bargaining agreements (labor unions) primarily for Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina.
- Manage job moves, offcycles, and promotions to align salaries in compliance with our policies.
- Conduct gender pay equity analysis..
- Manage profit-sharing (PPR) for Brazil and Mexico.
- Integrate compensation structures post-merger (M&A harmonization).
- Manage compensation for international assignments (expatriation process).
- Provide payroll inputs and experience with HCM systems (Workday is a plus).
Necessary skills and experience required
- At least 4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methods, and market analysis.
- Hands-on experience with compensation management software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
- Excel proficiency: strong Excel skills are essential, including:
- Pivot Tables: handling large datasets.
- VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH: comparing salary and market data.
- IF formulas: used for modeling.
- People budget planning experience is a plus.
- Data analytics familiarity with Macro, Pivot Query, BI & SQL is a plus.
