Job Title: Team Lead, Pricing Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our Pricing Operations program. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully leading teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. This role demands strong client and people management skills, coupled with the ability to motivate and drive performance within a team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of pricing processes while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Roles & responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of pricing operations analysts, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

· Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed performance targets in a 24/7 operational model, ensuring consistent coverage.

· Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to address performance, development, and morale.

· Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing to maintain operational efficiency.

· Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

· Serve as a primary point of contact for client escalations and inquiries related to pricing operations.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

· Proactively identify and address potential client issues, ensuring timely resolution.

· Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.

· Oversee the execution of pricing operations processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors.

· Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on team performance.

Qualifications & preferred candidate profile:

· Total 5 years of experience along with minimum of 2 years of experience in a team lead role within Finance Operations environment.

· Proven experience in client management and building strong client relationships.

· Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
