Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist-Fin Ops with 3 to 7 years of experience in Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Asset Management and domain skills in Reporting Reconciliation and Private Equity Fund Accounting. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. The candidate should be proficient in English.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee asset management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Maintain and update financial records for private equity fund accounting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members.

  • Possess strong technical skills in asset management.
  • Have experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of private equity fund accounting.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Display strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
