Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Planning and related technologies. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Planning solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Planning Dashboards and Infolets to provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of Oracle Planning Valid Intersections to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Planning Navigation Flows to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
  • Manage Oracle Planning Approval Units to ensure efficient workflow and approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Planning Business Rules to automate and optimize planning processes.
  • Administer Oracle Planning environments to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Facilitate data exchange processes using Oracle Planning Data Exchange to integrate various data sources.
  • Oversee the management of Oracle Planning Metadata to ensure accurate and consistent data representation.
  • Implement Oracle Planning solutions tailored for the healthcare industry to meet specific business needs.
  • Utilize Oracle ASO Reporting Cube to generate comprehensive and detailed reports.
  • Ensure robust security measures are in place using Oracle Planning Security to protect sensitive data.
  • Implement Oracle Freeform Planning to provide flexible and customizable planning solutions.
  • Develop and manage Oracle BSO Custom Cube to support complex planning and forecasting requirements.
  • Design and maintain Oracle Planning Forms to facilitate user input and data collection.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Oracle Planning Dashboards and Infolets.
  • Have expertise in Oracle Planning Valid Intersections and Navigation Flows.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing Oracle Planning Approval Units and Business Rules.
  • Show proficiency in Oracle Planning Administration and Data Exchange.
  • Have experience in Oracle Planning Metadata Management and Healthcare Planning.
  • Be skilled in Oracle ASO Reporting Cube and Planning Security.
  • Have knowledge of Oracle Freeform Planning and BSO Custom Cube.
  • Possess experience in designing Oracle Planning Forms.
  • Nice to have domain experience in FP&A and Finance.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with a day shift.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
