Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Fiori and a strong background in updating customer master data and product benchmarking. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fiori applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and customization of SAP Fiori apps to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Ensure the integration of SAP Fiori applications with existing systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Fiori applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori trends and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Fiori applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Fiori applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Fiori applications.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SAP Fiori development and customization.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in updating customer master data and product benchmarking.
  • Show excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Exhibit strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
