Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Pega technologies and domain expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Pega application development projects ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Pega Platform Pega Reporting and other related Pega skills.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Pega applications ensuring they are aligned with best practices.
  • Ensure the integration of Pega applications with other systems and platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Pega applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Pega applications and processes.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with governance risk and compliance standards in all Pega solutions.
  • Support the finance and accounting teams with Pega-based solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.
  • Have a deep understanding of Pega Case Management Pega Marketing and PEGA Decision Hub.
  • Show proficiency in governance risk and compliance within Pega solutions.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes and how they integrate with Pega.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Pega solutions.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Show a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
