Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 9 years of experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of AEP Customer Journey Analytics solutions to optimize customer experiences.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in AEP RTCDP to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for Asset Management Operations.
  • Ensure the effective management of Asset & Wealth Management processes to meet organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of technology.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the financial sector.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for any technical issues that arise.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technical solutions that drive business growth.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP.
  • Should possess strong knowledge of Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Should have a proven track record of delivering successful technical projects in a similar role.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

    • Certifications Required

    Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP)
