Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced BD Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and a background in Business Services. Experience in Sales Planning & Execution is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze sales data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to effectively communicate business strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals contracts and other documentation required for business development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
  • Support the sales team in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Leverage domain expertise in Sales Planning & Execution to optimize business development efforts.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
  • Have a solid background in Business Services with a focus on business development.
  • Experience in Sales Planning & Execution is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Display a proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel and PowerPoint
