Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience, specializing in Oracle Argus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharmacovigilance domain.

This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical solutions and ensure seamless integration within our systems.

The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • - Lead the technical implementation and support of Oracle Argus solutions.
  • - Oversee the integration of Oracle Argus with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • - Provide technical expertise in the Pharmacovigilance domain to enhance system functionality.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • - Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Argus implementations.
  • - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical solutions.
  • - Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize Oracle Argus operations.
  • - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Argus in a timely manner.
  • - Mentor and guide junior team members in Oracle Argus best practices and technical skills.
  • - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • - Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within Oracle Argus.
  • - Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Oracle Argus.
  • - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Argus and related technologies.

Certifications Required

Oracle Certified Professional Oracle Argus Safety Certification
