Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - P&C with 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service and workers compensation domains. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workers Comp - Care Management Workers Comp - Policy Admin and Workers Compensation - Claims. This hybrid role requires proficiency in Spanish (Read/Write Speak) and operates during the day shift.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and process workers compensation claims efficiently.
  • Administer workers compensation policies with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Oversee care management processes for workers compensation cases.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Spanish.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Report on key performance indicators and metrics to management.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on workers compensation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Workers Comp
  • Care Management Policy Admin and Claims.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in Spanish (Read/Write Speak).
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in handling policies and claims.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Be experienced in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) or equivalent certification will be preferred.
