Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in SQL Developer Kafka and Core Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to the development and maintenance of our software applications. This role requires a deep understanding of technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using SQL Developer Kafka and Core Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain data pipelines using Kafka.
  • Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
  • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SQL Developer Kafka and Core Java.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Have experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understand Agile development methodologies.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrate experience in performance tuning and optimization.
  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Have experience with cloud platforms is a nice to have.
  • Show familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.

    Certified SQL Developer Apache Kafka Certification Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer
