Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience specializing in Automation and Payer domain expertise. The role involves designing and implementing advanced automation solutions ensuring seamless integration within our hybrid work model. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to the companys strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of automation technologies within the Payer domain to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of automation solutions and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions making necessary adjustments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology and the Payer domain.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members on new automation tools and techniques.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Ensure that all automation projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Payer domain and its specific requirements.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address automation challenges.
  • Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex automation projects.
  • Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Six Sigma Certification Certified Payer Specialist (CPS)
