Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python and Ansible and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Infra Developer will contribute to the development and maintenance of our infrastructure ensuring efficient and reliable operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts using Python and Ansible.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of the infrastructure by implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on infrastructure-related tasks.
  • Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from potential threats.
  • Optimize infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance.
  • Document infrastructure configurations and procedures for future reference.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development of infrastructure-related policies and procedures.
  • Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate infrastructure automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Python for scripting and automation.
  • Have hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of infrastructure best practices.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues.
  • Exhibit knowledge of security best practices for infrastructure.
  • Have experience with monitoring and performance tuning of systems.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience in documenting technical procedures and configurations.

    Certified Ansible Automation Engineer Python Institute PCEP
