Job Summary

We are seeking a Developer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automation and experience in the Payer domain. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our automation processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
  • Ensure that automation solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new automation tools and frameworks.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automation processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Document automation processes and procedures for future reference and training.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and the Payer domain.
  • Assist in the integration of automation solutions with existing systems and platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation practices and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Have experience in the Payer domain with knowledge of industry-specific processes and requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation such as Python or Java.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Show excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Have experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Show familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Hold a relevant certification in automation or a related field.

    Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Six Sigma Green Belt
