Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Networks and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing RPA solutions to optimize business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set up the UiPath development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging, etc.)
- Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution
- Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle
- Translate business requirements and current and future state process designs into robotic solutions using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
- Create solution design diagrams to visually represent automation solutions
- Support UAT and rollout phases
- Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager accordingly, and providing inputs to the change control process
- Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing
- Support go-live rollout
- Create web forms that act as enablers to the RPA workflow
- Support issue resolution that arises in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
- Create access control interfaces via the Application Modeler within Object Studio
- Develop business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family
- Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access
- Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements
- Conduct component testing on the solution
- Evaluate UiPath and AI tools and provide recommendations
- Coordinate & lead team (Onshore/Offshore) and manage timely delivery
- Mentor colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practices and development techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation solutions
- Implement and manage Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions to automate complex business processes
- Develop and maintain models for extracting data from various document types using UiPath Document Understanding
- Handle both structured and unstructured data to ensure comprehensive document processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
- Advance English skills.
- 4+ years of development experience with SQL, .NET, or other programming languages
- 3+ year of experience with UiPath
- Experience working within an agile, continuous integration environment
- Ability to understand business processes and create process flow diagrams
- Strong understanding of Process Design documents and technical design documents within the automation space
- Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently
- Experience integrating UiPath solutions with other enterprise systems
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience handling both structured and unstructured data
