Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 4 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM Content Manager OnDemand and a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance our business processes and contribute to our companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of IBM Content Manager OnDemand solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of scalable and efficient systems within the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation including system designs integration plans and technical specifications.
  • Ensure that solutions adhere to industry best practices security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the capabilities of our systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in IBM Content Manager OnDemand with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Cards & Payments domain with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in creating and maintaining architectural documentation and technical specifications.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Have experience in performance tuning and optimization of systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and analyze requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Show a proactive approach to evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of security standards and regulatory requirements within the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Have experience in participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to contribute to the development of project plans timelines and resource allocation for successful project delivery.
