Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 11 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow GRC. This role is hybrid with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Performance Analytics to ensure accurate and timely data insights.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow GRC to maintain compliance and manage risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the infrastructure is scalable secure and efficient to support the companys growth and operations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes configurations and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical support and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the infrastructure supports business goals and enhances user experience.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery.
  • Should have strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC.
  • Should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Should have strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
