Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - CM with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in speaking English and domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide the team effectively during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans and timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the ISV and Hi-Tech sectors.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Possess strong technical skills in speaking English.
  • Have domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in project management and resource allocation.
  • Display the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
